In 2003, we began working with national advertising agencies to help their local advertisers find options outside the "traditional" media. As time went on, one thing became apparent. Small business owners had a distinct disadvantage as compared to their large corporate counterparts. Between minimum requirements, the cost of graphic design and finding the right sources to help, local advertising could be completely overwhelming. Small businesses needed a way to make their day just a little easier.
In 2006, we began working with small businesses to find out what would help. We asked questions about their business, how their time was allocated and what they expected to achieve through marketing. What they told us was "keep it simple and affordable", "make it available when I need it", "give me some ideas" and most importantly "be responsive when I have questions."
Marketing is an essential part of a business model. Our goal is to provide the tools today's business owners need, make it easy to use and affordable. We will continually monitor how consumers are receiving information and provide products that deliver our clients' messages through those channels.
